To design a new brand and subsequent packaging for an Australian made biscuit range primarily created for the Chinese market.
Koala Ted was created with the Chinese market in mind to take advantage of the peaked interest in quality Australian goods and produce. The idea of a premium range of cookies appealed to our curious nature to see how far we could push the boundaries of a product that is usually associated with large balloon type fonts and cartoon characters. With the use of native Australian artwork representation and high end print processes we were able to create a premium packaging range that would not seem out of place in the fragrance section at Myer or David Jones.
