For their flagship event, Run Melbourne, Sole Motive wanted a brand and campaign direction that they could take to the streets to help them outshine the competition, something that would help them break away from the pack.
The brief was to include and showcase the icons that make Melbourne the sporting capital that it is, combined with the gritty feel of the inner city laneway and café vibe. The campaign consisted of complete BTL across most mediums in digital and print.
Melbourne loves a pre or post work run through the city and surrounds such as the Tan, so it was essential to capture these elements with the right visual direction across angles and hero shots.. This sums up the mood and essence of Purpl.’s recommended direction throughout the campaign.
Working closely with the Marketing team at Sole Motive we were able to successfully shift the brand personality which reflected their passion for running in Melbourne. We were thrilled to cross a successful and creative finish line with Sole Motive in achieving their brand objectives.
